Classes
Still Waters provides a regular return to self, to feel proper rest, real attention, the chance to soften and recalibrate. Think of this less as ‘a yoga class’ and more as a regular appointment with your own wellbeing. The kind of care, that when practiced consistently changes how you move through everything else.
All classes include opportunity to sit in the garden for 10 mins before and after class to enjoy nature. Covered outdoor seating area is available for wet days. Refreshments, mat and all required props are available. Come as you are, there is no need to bring anything.
Each class includes breathwork, meditation, use of sound instruments, essential oils and a good rest pose/savasana to enable the practice to percolate within. - Available to book from mid August
